More of the 7TV Argonaut Kickstarter. Here we veer away from the more human-form robots from Argo.
Archimedes looks sufficiently creepy. Large artificial brain with creepy metal skull and robot legs, what’s not to like?
Medusa stands out even more from the rest of the Argo cast choices. The colors match well, but the style and design don’t fit any of the other figures. Not a problem, just an observation.
This figure will work well in pulp and sci-fi stories.
The repair drones were a little finicky to assemble. I’ve dealt with worse but it was still annoying to get the upper arms attached. Two drones feels like too few drones. For episodes that happen in Argo’s base, there should be many more. Either have to buy more or repurpose the drones from All Quiet on the Martian Front.
Only a few more Argo figures to paint. As usual, trying to finish one KS before the loot from the next arrives.
